![]() Hello everyone, I have went through this cart with the trouble shooting guide. I changed the it's and the solenoid. Seems like all these test are showing good numbers to me. What else am I missing??? Is there a way to check the f&r switch??? Help please

![]() Something weird just happened. I was checking voltage on the small terminals and pressing the pedal. All of a sudden it clicked and started running. I put it in reverse and nothing again. So forward and reverse has no go again.

![]() f/r can have bad/burnt connection...u can try snugging the center nut-see if it helps or get a hd unit from carts unlimited and never worry again like i did-other hd units are not the same....

![]() Don't bother. The nut on the FNR ONLY affects the high current circuit. It will not affect the low current circuit, which is where you need to focus, as you currently have "no Solenoid click".

![]() I'd start by connecting your black meter lead to pack negative, then follow the positive from the charger port, through the various switches. I'd start where you were testing when it started working, as you may have a loose connection.

![]() All I did was put my meter to the small terminals on the solenoid and all of a sudden it clicked then put in reverse and no run at all since that moment
