What Model is my 2003 Club Car?

The Serial # of my Club Car is: AQ0342 - 340129.

Could you please help me understand what Model I have?

I know that AQ = Electric I.Q., and that it is 48V, Regen, 2003.

Is this a "DS" model or a "Precedent" model - - or something else?

What do the last 6 digits represent (-340129)?

I was looking at the Tiziani online store trying to buy the manuals for this club car - - that turned out to be a totally confusing and fruitless effort.
It seemed they had everything for 2003 except what I needed.

Do I need a manual on the Club Car "Power Drive System"? What is it?
They also have a "2003 DS IQ System Service Manual SUPPLEMENT" - - Do I need that ($42.22).

Does the Supplement contain everything in the original Service Manual - - or do I need an original Service Manual PLUS the Supplement?

I searched E-Bay for "2003 Electric Club Car Manuals" and got no hits - - is there anywhere that I can buy the needed manuals?

Would have to be a DS, as Precedent's started in '04...

2003 club car precedent IQ electrical DS model. You should be able to contact a club car dealer and they could get you whatever manuals you need.

Or, you could just ask your questions here and people will answer them for you.

I am new at Golf Car ownership, and still very confused - - Aren't the "Precedent" and the "DS" 2 seperate models?

Yes they are two separate models, however the speed controller and motor are swappable between the two.
