![]() I have a 03 DS with a IQ computer (AQ0322) that is now doing the same thing. First it would drop out and come back if allowed to sit a while . Now it has quit completely like yours. I have tested and energized the solenoid manually. It appears ok. I also could use some ideas also, Please List is the same
Here's what I've checked: - Batteries...tested on a volt meter and all four appear to be strong. Lights work, horn works but the reverse buzzer quit and the low voltage light on the dash comes on and off - There is no "Solenoid click" or anything. - Cart will not move in forward or reverse. - All wires appear to be in great shape and there's no corrosion. - Run/Tow switch is on run. - Key switch appears to work. |

![]() Upon further testing , I ran the OBC reset procedure and now have intermittent operation again. It ran for 45 seconds, shut off ( no solenoid click) let it sit for ten minutes and it runs again. I have not ran it to stop again yet, but if it follows form it will do this on and off. Let you know if more developes.

![]() Still acting the same. I was told some time ago that the dealer can plug in under the forward reverse switch and troubleshoot and program. Anyone know more? The local small dealer just changed managers and the new guy is a real JERK. I would not trust him as far as I can throw him.

![]() The last reading across was 51 volts after a charge two days before on less than 1 year old batteries. I will work on individual batts soon.

![]() was that a typo when you said four batteries? If it was not you may have the wrong batteries. If memory serves me right, the DS did not have 4 12 volts until 05/06.

![]() I did not say 4 batteries. Must be a different thread. It has 6 8volt batteries

![]() This reminds me of a cart I had once... 03 IQ. couldn't find what was wrong. It kept doing weird things and going into creep mode. Replaced every component twice, took it to 2 different dealers.
![]() I'm not saying your problem is the same, I'm putting this thought out there for you when you exhaust all other possibilities.... like I did. |

![]() 51 volts is a good number , so skip individual test.
I have never owned a IQ, BUT I think taking it to someone with the diagnostic tool is your best bet. If what ever it shows bad , have them replace it , then test drive it, if it does not fix it then have him take it off , put the old back, should be no charge. |
