![]() I am having some power drain problems with my cart (92 Club Car Gas) and while looking it over, I noticed that the battery is having trouble holding a charge and leaking out of the top. Figured I'd start there....still checking charging system also.
I plan to buy a new battery for it but was wondering if anyone has tried an aftermarket battery like an Optima. I'm running extra lights and do some heavy off roading at times. Looking for something durable that will stand up. Figured I ask the experts. Thanks |

![]() I always go with the biggest one that will fit the footprint and work with the holddown. I've used optimas in my mowers with good results over the years...

![]() Thats what I was figuring. I was just curious if someone had already done the measuring and had a part number of somehting slick that fit in there nice. I'll take some measurements and swing by my uncles place....he is an Interstate dealer. I'll steal his book and dig through it for a while.
THanks |
