Since the controller runs the reverse buzzer, this is a bad sign. Either your controller isn't "fixed", or your wire harness has problems. Check the voltage at the red wire of the tach sensor plug (5v). Also check for 48v at the f&r switch plug under cup holder. This is a weird combo for a "good" controller, the reverse buzzer & tach sensor are at different voltage levels. Odd to have both these problems at the same time on a cart that does activate the solenoid when tow/run is flipped on.

OK so here is what I got now. F/Rev switch has 48v on center and 48v on both sides of switch when put in reverse or forward. Nothing at tach sensor. I put on new reverse buzzer and it works when I put negative ground to it. 48v going to it but now ground to trigger it. It sounds like controller or wire harness. I am getting continuity on wires to harness from buzzer and tach sensor.

The controller normally supplies the "ground" to the reverse buzzer, so you are just bypassing the controllers job by supplying the "ground". 48v to Both f&r wires at the same time, no matter what position f&r is in?

Solenoid is not clicking when tow is placed in run. Controller supplies negative to solenoid right?

So does the solenoid suppose to click when tow is placed in run or when the peddle is pressed? I put new controller on and I still do not get a reverse buzzer or movment.

Solenoid should click on briefly when tow/run switched to run.

I get 49v to small terminals and both large termina on solenoid when I switch to run. Stop switch is getting continuity when peddle is pressed. New throttle sensor. New controller, what am I missing?

If you get 49v B+ to both small terminals, the controller is still not providing B- to solenoid small terminal.

I am getting 12.4v on red and 4.7 on green wires going to tach sensor when in run. What does this mean? Is this why nothing is working?
