Unhappy Palm pilot progamer

Got a palm pilot Zire72 interface/scanner with no information to reprogram it
I also have the Yamahe "Genious" disc to download into the palm
It doesn't seem to like windows 10 and the two won't communicate
Any ideas on where to get info

The sync program probably not windows 10 compatible. Easiest option, if you have no computers with win7 or older, install a copy of windows 7 on a virtual machine in your computer (using a VM client like "virtual box").

Did you try using "compatible mode" on the Win10 computer? It is there to allow for older programs.
