Default 2007 YDRE Motor Removal

Can anyone give the basic steps for removing the motor. Just want to know what type of project I'm in for. Thanks.

-Take off seat and rear access panel

-When you are taking the wires off of the motor there are two nuts on the terminals. Hold the bottom nut with a wrench while taking off the top nut. This will help prevent you spinning the terminal and damaging the motor.

-unbolt the three bolts holding the motor

-be careful sliding the motor off the shaft as it is way heavier than you think it is.

Reinstallation is in reverse order. Pretty simple to do.
