Smile My first cart teartown

well I decided to strip down my 2011 Yamaha Drive and go over the whole thing mainly to make sure the frame was in good condition which I was surprised as you can see from the pics it had some rust on the 2 frame pieces and that was it!! I will post pics when all cleaned up I am going to add a alltrax xct500 with the 400 solenoid which I ordered from ScottyB and received yesterday Upgrading the cables to 2 gauge. and the body panels are at the paint shop the golf course green has to go! It already has a 6" jakes spindal lift with 22x11-10wheels and tires. I will keep the pics coming as I progress with it. anyone who has any suggestions please let me know.

Ditch the stock motor. The big controller will kill it, unless controller detuned to near stock.

It would be a disservice to your whole project if you kept the stock motor. Especially when you already have the controller and solenoid. Get that motor!!!
