And the slope vibrates? I do not understand what this means. Does it mean it has troubles climbing hills?
If hill climbing is the trouble, I would start by monitoring battery pack voltage while climbing hills. Voltage should not be dropping below 31.5v.

I brake on the hill and when the ride starts again, the cart trembles ... I explain myself better now?

Either replace all batteries with new, or check each battery individually on the hill and replace the one dropping voltage. If not replacing all at once, try to find a good used one to mix in with the other old batteries.

Thanks. already check the voltage in general and individual and the voltage is OK ... now it is normal for the controller to warm up?

Is 36v and 8 passengers a good combo? That would be somewhere in the range of 2000lbs, UP HILL!!!! I would shake too.
