Default help identafy

my yamaha golf cart numbers are jg5301450 i would like to know what model cart i have and how to alighn the gears to time it hopefuly a diagram and what size rings to buy .thank you.

You have a G9-A, off the top of my head it's a 1993. The best way to keep the cam/crank and balance alighned (in time) is to mark them yourself when taking the side cover off. If thats already been done, no worries, we can walk you thru it. The piston will have just an arrow (that would be a std piston) a .25 or .50 would be oversized and you'd need the ring set to match. thanks smallblock that will help me ordering parts will probly have to holler back at you when putting back together .i had it apart once now when it gets warm its wont start .preasure on motor .i think its out of time.it does run alright.
