G2 as me puzled
Cart won't run with an air filter
Will only go full throttle without Cleaned the carburetor, valves adjustment check the lines for cracks Cleaned the fuel pump Took the whole air box a part to look for restriction New plug .what else? |

You didn't say if you removed the carb and cleaned that? If not, it would be on the top of my list,,,

the carb was off & cleaned the spacer is ok
if it where cracked the engine would always bog dow to mutch air this one is the oposite it runs as if it was jeted for a low restriction air filter |

Got it figured out
The vacuum line coming out of the block goes in to a T one to the gas pump for pulse the other one to the valve cover The one from the valve cover got clogged up after using brake clean & air it cleared up running fine now |

Good job on finding that, those are the kind of things that will have you tearing your hair out.
Now why did it act that way, it sounded at first like a stuck float and to much fuel. The whys are 1/2 the fun. |

The cart wouldn’t run full throttle
Even if you pulled the choke it was getting to much air would only run without the air filter The oil wasn’t been changed for the last 5 seasons in this cart , So now it’s running ok but it needs a ring job This is a clients cart not mine I quit repairing carts full time last year so it took me a bit of time to find this one but I still have it in me lol |
