84 club car solenoid
Existing solenoid has two large terminals and one small (3 post). New one has two large terminals and two small (4 post). What is the difference and can I just hook up the new one and not use the 4th small post?

Re: 84 club car solenoid
84 and up should have 4 terminals. One small terminal gets positive from the key switch. The other small terminal gets ground thru the start pedal limit switch and the forward or reverse limit switch.
