Does bring up a good question. Who's right? Nivel owns BU so I am going to measure so I can make sure the info I have on our website is right.

13/32 x 31 1/2 is correct for the STARTER belt and

1 x 38 1/2 is the drive belt

lockman how do you like that s/d belt think I am ordering one from cpp either this week or next week, Yea had my belt already pulled and just had a regular tape but pulled it as tight as it could

If you are lacking a seamstress's tape ( I have 2 ) you can use a piece of string and then measure the string but, in no case is a flat metal tape draped in a circle going to give a good measurement. Hope this helps

I like it MUCH better then the stock belt, normally, "most" wouldn't be able to tell the difference, but I can!
with your larger tires, I bet you'll be able to tell the difference also!

After I saw your pics, I tried to measure my #1017188 with a metal tape,
with it as tight as I could get it, I got 37 3/4" (s/b 37 1/2')
