Cross bar support
I have a gas 2008 Club Car Precedent. There is a cross bar under the seat. Can this bar be removed for easier engine service. It doesn't appear to be removable but just maybe one of you guys know how to remove it.

I'm sure this is a support for something. Why do you need to remove it? Is it bolted on? I have a handheld grinder that works great on things.
