Default Predator engine swap Good or Bad?

I have a 1999 Club Car DS I bought without an engine and I am considering doing the Vegas cart conversion with the 22HP Predator motor. I know mine is the clockwise rotation and the Vegas kit is for this cart. Is this kit a good chose or not? What are pros and cons of doing this conversion? Stock motor and other parts are missing and would cost too much to put back to stock.
Any help will be appreciated!
