Default 2021 EZGO 72v L6 or 2020 L6 Lithium?

Default 2020 Ezgo L6 Lithium or 2021 Ezgo L6 72v?
I’ve read some posts on here about the 72v having the edge as the motor is more powerful, along with some posts about the lithium L6’s overheating quickly.

Just want to ask the quick above before i buy, if you had the opportunity to pick either a 2020 lithium L6 or a 2021 72v what would you pick and why?

I currently have a street legal RXV that i put a lithium (from bigbattery) in as i was fed up with watering the batteries, and it has been great.

Our 3 kids are getting bigger now, so need the six seater. I was all set to go for the lithium model, but a quick search found some of the posts seeming to favour the 72v.

I i did go 72v at some point in the future i would want to convert to lithium, and also do some kind of speed adjustments with any help from this forum too.

Thank you all in advance.

I thought that the lithium L6 was had more limited performance IIRC. I heard that from others on here, I don't have personal experience. If it were me I'd look at the 72V version and if the batteries check out I'd go with the 72v cart. That and plan on a lithium upgrade in 4 or 5 years.

No personal experience with the L6, just from what I've read here.

I have a 2020 Express S4 (4 seater) 72 volt that's been tuned by Bob Boyce and I love it. I hardly ever have to put water in the batteries - like maybe once or twice a year. It just doesn't get over taxed like the 36v and 48v DC carts that I've had did.

is it easier to switch a motor on a lithium L6 or convert a 72v FLA to lithium (when needed)?
