Default 07 Club Car Villager 6 Gas

Looking for the wiring diagram, specifically the circuits to the fuse panel. I have a fuse popping randomly and have no idea what it is going to. Seems like after the cart runs awhile, and I shut it off then turn it back on within a few minutes and poof, blown fuse. I should mention I have a continuous run gas cart.

That's just it. all I know is that is controls constant run ignition and fuel gauge. I want to see if it is going to any other circuits.

Likely a loose wire on the key switch or the switch has twisted or shifted and one of the wires or terminals on the back is touching the metal dash frame.

The ignition fuse covers the key switch, oil pressure light, fuel guage, and reverse buzzer.
The ignition system consists of the run relay and the solenoid.
All of those get power from the key switch first, and that is a common place to have loose terminals or wire insulation rubber through.
Check the main wire harness that runs underneath the cart from the electrics box up to the dash for any damage from impact, sticks, debris, mouse chews, etc.

Thanks. I just remembered one thing. When we got the cart the fuel gauge/hour meter wasn't working, so I found the wiring diagram for it on here and wired it the right way. Ever since that has been working, the fuses began blowing. And thank you, it gives me somewhere to start.

Any luck with your Villager? I have a 08 Villager 6 gas, that is having similar issues.

No proud of this, but I bypassed the fuse. Found it was spiking a certain times when I hit the peddle. It was only for a split second, so I'm not concerned. Its insured...lol

Worst case you can put in a slow blow fuse or a 15 amp circuit breaker.

If the fuse was blowing when you hit the pedal its possibly a shorted microswitch. Those are generally pretty cheap to replace.
