My belt alignment looked like it needed to go to the drivers side about 1/2" If I had removed the old shock coller I would have had the room but was worried that the engine would not have been square to the rear end.

We plan on placing the engine on the plate and aligning the belt before we drill the slotted holes.

Dayco HP2011 All Terrain Belt. 1-1/8 x 45". Would have liked to go with a 46" to get a hair more clearance on the oil filter but couldn't find one. About $32..

I use & like to suggest the HD/Columbia 4 cycle belt. It is 1-3/16 X 47.5
OEM# 36398-97
List $38

Your belt sounds real close but 2.5 inches longer belt is 1-1/4 inch more clearance for that oil filter wrench... you got gobs of room in that workhorse

Got a distributor you can suggest for the belt. Those extra inches would help for clearance. Thanks.

Does anyone know where I can get a 46-46.5" belt @ 1-3/16" wide?

I suggest this belt for a workhorse build because it is a stock size that any BGW sponsor can get .......

Engine is mounted. Brake and gas pedals back in. Noticed a BIG problem with these oversize tires. Left and turn puts the drivers side tire in harms way of the brake pedal arm. I can eliminate this problem by installing stop arms/blocks on the spindle ends but that will make my turning radius larger. Has anyone had this problem? Tires are 22" All Terrains on 10" rim.

I've had that problem on a stock cart.... a 4" lift fixed it. I have a couple of 4" Ezgo st350 Drop axles.

I just went back and saw you already have a Jakes drop axle on the cart?
