Re: Built Ezgo to loud
If anyone finds the quiet muffler, let me know too. I'm looking into that also.
I'll try several before it's over (if needed) and will let you all know any results. tt |

Re: Built Ezgo to loud
tonyton, My customer really doesn't care to much about the power after all the time spent getting this motor. Maybe he won't mind the stock muffler! Ted

Re: Built Ezgo to loud
Ain't that something! It's hard to make a hi perf. motor that doesn't make noise. More RPM more CFM more noise. He'll probably love the stock muffler.
I have a stock MCI 350 with the govner adj. My mom told me my cart was too loud. STOCK. Wait till I finish this build with headers into a resonator! First. I'm going to turn a thrush sideways and see how that does.(workhorse)more room to play with. I was raised in so.cal. Ventura county. never said ain't till I moved to Alabama! don't hold against me. Re: Built Ezgo to loud
Just so everyone knows these super trapp mufflers run between $250-$400. That is a bit much for my tastes. There has to be some type of muffler that will help quite these carts... Anyone?
