Default Club Car 48 volt bypass OBC but not charging

I've determined that my OBC is bad. I've connected a negative jumper cable to the grey wire fuse to the negative (rear Driver side) and the charger turns on, which is great. However, the batteries are not charging. Why?

If you have bypassed the OBC and the charger comes on ,
Take a voltage reading across the Battery pack with charger off and again with the charger on (with a digital meter)

Post results here !

So the batteries are actually charging ,
the cart is is below 10% charge level for operation.

Check each battery to insure than one has not gone belly up.
See this chart. http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...-readings.html , no wonder it quit.

check all cables and connections,
check water levels 1/4" to 1/2 inch Distilled water over plates.

Leave charger on OBC jumped for now and keep checking batteries every hour or so.

after battery voltage gets up to arround 48-49 volts charger voltage should increase to around 60 Volts.

Turn charger off when retiring for tonight and test again in AM.

since i'm a newbie, do you have to disconnect each battery to check their charge?
