What kind of shape are the batteries in right now? Theres several ways to do it. You can use six 8 volt batts, eight 6 volt batts. If its a controller cart you will need a new controller that will handle 48 volts, a 48 volt solenoid and a way to charge the 48 volt pack. That can be pretty pricey. Theres also a way to charge with the 36 volt charger and a second 12 volt. Kinda a pain but it works if you don't have the cash.
Is it a resistor cart or a controller cart? Can you post the serial? |

Some of these guys might give ya a hard time but trust me, if they didn't like ya they wouldn't do it. Look at it like an initiation into the clan.
