Battery Cart?
Ok, I'm back! The G22a lift and tires was a huge success!!!!Thanks for all the help. Now I bought a 2000 CC electric and I have no idea about anything on the cart. It runs 10mph with the gps ??????? That seems very slow and also it will climb a hill, but VERY slowly. Holds a charge for 18 holes fine, just wondering if it should be that slow and weak. THANKS

Re: Battery Cart?
DoubleR, 10mph seems a little bit slow they usually go about 12 or so stock so 10 isn't that far off. What is the serial number of the cart may help in diagnosing any problems.

Re: Battery Cart?
If its a 36volt resistor cart it will be a little slow but 12-14 is average.

Re: Battery Cart?
Is there a lot to changing to a 48? Or would it be easier to buy another cart?

Re: Battery Cart?
DoubleR, above the gas pedal there is a serial number there it will be something like AA0306-25454 it is a sticker mounted under the dash near the gas pedal. Let us know what it is so we can determine what kind of cart this is ie... IQ, series, resistor, etc....

Re: Battery Cart?
That is a 36v resistor cart, 10mph still seems a little slow, how old are the batteries. You questioned upgrading to a 48v system. Are you going to be using this primarily for golf. If it was me and I was going to use it for golf not sure that I would change to a 48v system. You could possibly get more speed with new motor and changing to a controller instead of resistors. All depends on what you are trying to accomplish.
