Lift Question

I've got a 98 CC Elextric that I am thinking about putting a lift kit on. My only problem is that I can't have the tires any wider then they are now. Reason is a Raptor toy hauler with half a door, and the cart fits with 1 inch on each side driving it in. So the question is what kind of lift and tire could I use to insure I get a slight lift (3") and don't increase my wheel base?

You can use any lift you want to use. Just don't change your rims and don't use a tire over 8.5" wide.
