Default 1990 club car 36 voltl

Just got the cart trying to work out kinks. I put a new solienoid,new micro switch in the v glide, checked batteries checked wires it goes great when you take it off charge after about ten minutes it slows down and wont hardly go I don't know much about carts could use some help.

when you say "checked batteries" can you clarify please? The description you are giving would lead me to think bad battery/batteries.

We tested batteries again little while ago each battery tested 6.25 then when I put the meter on the the first battery(positive) and the last battery (neg) they only tested 25.00. Is this the correct way to test?

Yes that is the pack voltage reading ..... you have a bad battery ... A SG or load test will tell which one it is.
