Go for it ,I am sure it will work as long as they bolt up.Its just a mastercyl. Theyall work the same. Does not matter if it comes from a car or not.

Only thing with replacement master cylinder is to NOT get too large a bore as it can cause brake lock up if too large. If I remember correctly the stock master cylinder was 1" bore??

I will bet it's a Wagner FD6656 master cylinder. Yes, they are 1" bore. If that is the casting number on the MC, Napa can order the kit. But, they have no way of looking it up. I did the research and found that the same master was used on the early International Harvester trucks.

Order a kit for a 1963 International CM110 Metro 1/2 ton with a 3.6 liter engine. it will be the right kit.

Hey, how about a couple of pics of the master, so we can be sure?

Hey, Thanks for all the VERY helpful feedback! I just got the motor running---it had a broken connection inside that I had to solder---so now I can move on to the other stuff: No brakes, testing the speed controller and solenoids, replacing the tie rods, tires, and batteries, paint, seat, roof......

When I was in Florida this week saw one in a junk yard that looked good, was on fork lift, looked like they were getting ready to scrap out. Body looked good. Was just north of Dade City on 301.

Unfortunately, like you, I live near Lake Erie and a trip to Florida any time soon is not likely. Thanks for the heads up, though!
