Re: 36v to 48v conversion on 2000 ds club car.
Well, it seems that I still have a little jump. But no near the JERK I had before.
When I press the go pedal and hear the click and press a wee little more the cart will roll slowly, press a wee bit more it will jump a little and go. Very annoying! Please don't tell me this is normal. Checked the springs and u-bolts and seems to be tight. Could it be a backlash in the splines on motor or axles that I'm hearing? |

Re: 36v to 48v conversion on 2000 ds club car.
Ask You helper there to put the cart on blocks and test the throttle signal (repeatedly) and see if the throttle signal is jumping or the controller ramp rate is jumpy.

I've been laughing about this all morning! THAT... is a true grandpa! I can't wait until my grandsons get old enough where I can say something like this and they take it as a "term of endearment" rather than an insult! Carry on! |

Yep....When he was a wee lad, His Mother took him to the meat market with her. And the manager asked what his name was... can you guess what he told him?? Yup, you guessed it right.
His Mother hung her head in SHAME. Boy did I ever get Bless Out by his Mother!!! |
