Default No power to wheels

Okay, I am still newbee here. 1992 Marathon. I've got all connections clean, 36.7 volts of battery power, buzzer is going off in reverse, green light blinking on control module, still no wheel movement in forward or reverse. Any ideas on the problem?

Did you test the motor with the drawing Luke gave you in your other thread?

Never mind, I went back and see you did.

Are you trying it now with the rear jacked up? If not, try it that way.

How long has it been off the charger? 36.7v is only 60% charged after 12 hours at rest.

Yes, back wheels are jacked up........ So should I assume 36.7 volts is not enough power?

This guy has six threads going on same cart, plus some PMs.

I'm starting to suspect a troll.
