Default 2001 txt 36v.controller question

Hi to everyone,I am working on a friend's ezgo series cart with Curtis 1206mx controller,Cart does nothing,no forward or reverse,no solenoid click.I have downloaded the manual and started troubleshooting.my reference voltage is 37.4..1st step tow switch on,voltage between b- & controller side of solenoid is 36.93 and the same voltage between b-&a1 controller.Next step is not checking out,key on in forward, raise wheels, pedal fully depressed for 3-4secs,voltage between f1 & f2 at controller stays at 10.6v pedal in or not, where manual says it should read 2.7v or zero.

EZGO series cart is typically interpreted mean a EZGO cart with a series drive system and with a Curtis 1206MX controller you have a sepex drive which is also known a a PDS drive in the 36V version.

The solenoid has to click for cart to run, so if the solenoid is not clicking, check the voltage on J1 Pin-4. Should be full battery pack voltage (38.2V or higher when fully charged).

Attached are a schematic with wires that should have battery pack voltage on them to get solenoid to click, drawing of voltage paths through a PDS controller and a picture of a PDS controller with PIN-1 highlighted on all jacks.

Also attached is a PDS label with text at bottom telling you how to put PDS controller in diagnostic mode, but that is for later use, I doubt if controller is powering up at the present.
