Default 1997 EZGO won’t run

I'm new to the forum and need help. I have a 1997 EZGO that was upgraded from 36v to 48v. An Alltrax NPX4834EZ with ITS controller was installed. The cart quit running. I noticed that the original solenoid was a 200 amp (controller is rated for 300), so I replaced it with a 300 amp heavy duty solenoid. I tested the ITS, solenoid resistor, wiring, reed valve and they are working. The controller is displaying no defects (solid green indicator). I measured between M and B+ tabs on the controller. Static state reflects 25v and increases as you push down the pedal. I tested the voltage at the motor and at static state with key on, it reads 50v at S1/S2 (not sure if this is correct because the numbers are gone), and read 25v at A1/A2. As you depress the pedal, A1/A2 drop to 0 v and S1/S2 stay constant at 50v. I also tested the controller at tabs B- and M-. Controller showed 25v at static (engaged solenoid) and drops to Ov as you depress the pedal. What am I missing?

Motor seems suspect.

Not sure yet. I bypassed the controller and jumped the motor and it turned. The controller is an old/obsolete unit and I’m not sure if I should be reading 50v at M- instead of 25v

What about the forward and reverse switch? Try eliminating that by moving 12 o'clock to 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock to 9 o'clock or vise versa and see if the cart moves .

Yes it’s the F/R switch. Found the Alltrax Controller troubleshooter manual online. States M- tab should read battery voltage. If not, the F/R switch is bad. Overnighted the part and cruising today. Thank you both for the help!!
