Rotating supply source for reducer ?
I have a 2002 CC IQ 48 volt with 12 volt reducer feeding from two 8 volt batteries. Would rotating the source ( moving to a different pair of 8 volt batteries )be worth the effort to keep the 48 volt pack balanced ?
Great site, member and information. Thanks Everyone R.E.Bound |

Re: Rotating supply source for reducer ?
Rebound,
Yes for what you have this would make sense, it would be better if you had a 48 to 12 reducer. I'm working on a 02 IQ DS that has cut in lights, I'm trying to locate the reducer and can't find it. Where is yours located? Thanks, Steve |

Re: Rotating supply source for reducer ?
My reducer is rectangular about 3 x6 inches, about one inch thick, is set inside the frame rail drivers side behind batteries but in front of the rear driver side wheel. My carts in Florida or I would have sent you a picture.
