Grab the top of the belt, and pull it until it sits over the front edge of the driven clutch. Push the cart a little bit until the belt rolls off of the clutch.

Disconnect the battery cable or make sure no way would this engine turn while you are replacing the belt. I always just removed the battery cable. Can never be too safe. Ask how I know :)

I received the new belt today and got it installed this evening. Thanks everyone for all the advice. It went on quickly and made a huge improvement! I wouldn’t of thought a worn out drive belt would of made that much difference. Here is a picture of the old belt.
