EZGO 2005 PDS 1-2 beep code question
I have a 2005 PDS cart that has an intermittent problem. It will not move when the issue is happening. It has a new controller and new solenoid. The reed switch has been bypassed. When the issue is happening I get no solenoid click. I was able to capture the beep code and it is 1,2. I know that is a throttle fault. Question I have is how accurate is this code in diagnosing the problem? I have ordered a new micro switch and ITS and will replace that in the next few days. Assuming the throttle wiring is good how confident can I be that this will fix the issue? Thanks for any help. This problem would be a lot easier to fix if it would just stay broke. By the time I get it towed back home it is working again. The last 3 times it happened I rode several people to the pool and left the cart parked in the hot sun. When I came out 2 hours later it would not move.
