EZ Go Total Charge timer won't shut off

Ok...connected relay as shown in photo, plugged in charger to AC, connected to cart, heard relay click, D5 LED on board came on. Turned timer to start, amp meter went to about 18 (battery pack was at 90-95%). Will make hopefully final post when charger shuts off later.

Does this seem normal so far?

UPDATE: Charger shut off after 45 minutes, Battery voltage at 39.47, red LED blinking. Seems good to me...

The proof is what the voltage settles to at about 12 hours after charger shuts off.
