Get good tension on the bolt with the Impact,then give the head of the bolt a good,sharp whack with a hammer,It should pop it loose.

Well I got it off I run bolt in and out several times more this morn. then while tight I hit head of bolt with 3 lbs hammer and it popped off. Thank for all the advice and I also took driven clutch while I also had it of and took a metal grinding wheel on my grinder and grinded the clutch faces, between doing that and the drive clutch this is like a new cart it will crawl all over stuff.now. all I need is a motor with some power now ,ive finished the lift kit im good to go.

Thats the almost finished project in my avitar I bought the cart for fifty dollars got it running built a lift now just have to paint
