36 Volt V-Glide Wiring problem.
I just bought a 36 Volt Club Car DS with a V-Glide set up. It had no V-Glide when I got it, it had melted due to a broken resistor coil ( I think), I wired up everything the best I could from the wiring diagram I found on here but the Forward/Reverse switch is backwards and it seems like it wants to move even in neutral. Something in my wiring is obviously off, does anyone have a better, more thorough wiring diagram or some pictures or any ideas?
Thanks |

Re: 36 Volt V-Glide Wiring problem.
Thanks for the wiring diagrams! I have it working now, but reverse seems slow and weak, any idea what could cause that? Forward works fine. I have a new V-Glide assembly, clean battery connections and a new resistor coil(the biggest one).

Re: 36 Volt V-Glide Wiring problem.
Thanks! I was wondering, when the cart is parked with the key off, is it better to leave the switch in neutral or F/R? Also what's the best way to wire up the headlights for 12 volts? I tried it once according to the diagram that came with the lights but they wouldn't work.
