I rode the cart for awhile then I was doing routine checks for loose wires, I checked all battery terminals and FNR switch for loose connections and when I finished I was gonna put the cart up and now it wont move. The Soleniod is engageing I checked everything I know to check I have good voltage to Micro switches and I ohm the FNR switch and micro switch they tested good. I also checked the controller and it also tested good I don't whats wrong Thanks for any help

Is the solenoid clicking when you try to go?

If the solenoid is clicking, the problem is in the high-current circuit.

Jack rear wheels off ground so the half ton cart doesn't take off unexpectedly and run over someone or something.
Connect your DVM between the B- and M- terminals on the controller.
Press pedal just far enough for solenoid to click.
You should read FULL battery pack voltage.

If not, find the missing voltage. (Attached schematic has high-current circuit highlighted)

If so, press pedal to floor.
The voltage should decrease to Zero.

If not, the controller, or throttle input to controller is bad.

I just spoke with laser and he said he tightened up the F&R terminals before the cart stopped working. I wondering if a worn contact was drawn down into the housing by the tightening and now contact is lost...... he's gonna see if tightening the center pivot nut can reunite the F&R contacts. It's worth a shot....
