Angry Club Car click-clicks and want go

This is my first ever post so bare with me. My serial number is PQ0608-605374. I can be riding it and it will stop and it does nothing. I can move the pedal down slow and it will get to a certain point and click-click.

Sometime it will be working fine and I will park it and come back to it later and it want go forward or reverse.

I bought it from a dealer used and I have taken it back to him four times and he has not fixed it. He says club cars do this. He thinks I'm going to believe this.
What model is it? What should I do to get it fixed. What can cause it to do this.

You have the classic symptoms of a failed MCOR. It is a throttle switch mounted to the accelerator pedal linkage beneath the floor mat. The correct replacement part is 102528501 MCOR. We sell LOTS of these. It's a very common issue.

Please look at my serial number and tell me what year model it is. My serial number is PQ0608-605374. What does the P&Q stand for?
