87 341cc club car(misfire/backfire/carb) issues
Hi guys, 1st post here. I have and needed to do a rebuild on this 341. New piston,rings,valves, gaskets and also a carb. Ran good for the first go 'round the yard(30 min run time). Let her sit for a couple hrs and now it runs like crap. No power, only runs while choked, backfires, seems like gas sprays out of the carb because the back of the filter is wet. I would appreciate some help. Is it all carb related and running too rich. I have not found that I need to adjust new carbs in the past.?? thanks in advance

You might try adjusting valve clearance... not sure if you tried this yet or not.
