I would replace your throttle and brake encoders, and the motor speed encoder bearing. When I metered the voltage on all 3 of those encoders, it was reverse polarity 3.6 volts coming from the damaged 5V regulator in the Danaher controller. Those encoders likely did not survive that reverse polarity event.
