Default Cart slows down

Was driving today all normal when I felt a jerk and the cart went to about half speed.
I tried a obc reset, it would run then drop down again.
Cart is a 03 IQ with stock black motor and stock Curtis controller.
I tested the battery pack and it is not low 8.5 on all 6 batteries.
I had the morcor and controller replace 2 years ago and has been fine.
Tried a speed sensor test and did not feel it try and slow down.
Thinking the speed sensor is bad, could at this time I replace the magnet with a high speed as well?

Just removed the speed sensor and found a small crack In the magnet. Could that cause all of this?

Yep, and you're right, it would be a great time to upgrade to a high speed magnet.

And if that is your original speed sensor, I would replace it at the same time.
