Need a frame or repair for 1997 electric Club DS

My son hit a pole with right front today tire and bent the frame in the front. Is there a repair? I have access to an aluminum welder. Also I’m pretty handy so if anyone knows where a body is in Georgia I’d be willing to drive to pick it up. Thanks

Kinda depends where the frame cracked. I’ve had a few that got bent pretty bad and broke right behind the spring mount. I plated those with 3/16 steel on either side and it mallee them actually much stronger.

If the bracing between the rails is cracked that can often be welded without much trouble, just a matter of getting the rails to sit right and keeping them in place while you’re welding.

Should be plenty of bodies around if you check some of the online ad places, Craigslist, placebook, etc.
If not try calling some of the cart places around your area. Plenty of people remove perfectly good bodies to upgrade to a newer style.
