1 amp drain with key off. 05 Precident

I have done quite a few mods that I will list below. I’m guessing I’ve done something unorthodox to create this issue. The cart runs fine, but there is about a 1 amp power drain with the key off. I first discovered the issue when i notice that the reverse buzzer activates when F/R switch is in R even with key off. Would love to hear some thoughts on where I might look.

Upgraded to lithium battery.
OBC bypass per sticky posted this site.
DC/DC converter powered directly from battery with relay triggered by blue keyswitch wire.
Volt meter powered by blue keyswitch wire.

I’d start by disconnecting the 48v->12v converter and see how much that changes the draw.

If that doesn’t make a difference then disconnect everything and see if maybe the BMS isn’t going to sleep and creating a draw.

Not sure what kind of lithium setup you have but a bad cell can draw on the whole pack also.

I might be thinking bass ackwards, does your voltmeter stay on even with the key off?

The reverse buzzer always works, even with the key off. The key switch does not affect power to the FnR switch or the reverse buzzer.
Putting the Tow/ Run switch in Tow removes power from the FnR switch and reverse buzzer.

Good points…I did check amp draw with 48v>12v disconnected. No change.
I’ll have to give some thought to possible bad cell. I do have a Bluetooth connection to the BMS and the delta between the 14 cells is only 0.015v. Not sure how to see if the BMS sleeps.

Voltmeter turns off with key off.
Good info re: run/tow switch. I’ll check amp draw with tow switch off.

1amp is an awful lot. Can’t be too hard to find a draw like that!
