Managed to get mine out Sunday, made it up to 37 MPH on flat pavement, fresh charge showing 54v. Still making adjustments on the app at this point. Have a new set of springs coming for the rear to try to tame the axle wrap on hard takeoffs a bit.

I think what you are missing is that the 5kw motor was designed for 2008 and up. I do know that the PQ website states that the 5kw is too long to fit earlier carts than 2008. The correct kit for you would have been the 4kw motor .

Ah, I didn't buy it at PQ.

Looks like I have the graziano transaxle. Is there a difference in axle lengths between graziano transaxles? From the diagrams, it seems like the 2008 and higher can have graziano transaxles but the passenger side seems longer.

I installed one on a 2005 and ended up trimming the aluminum tab and then drilling 1/4” thick plates about 3” long to amount the shock further back. (Worked out fine….)

Good idea. There's no way I'm buying a whole new transaxle unless it's really cheap.
