Default 2014 Club Car no forward or reverse

My Club car would stop going forward when I pushed the gas pedal all the way down. Then it would hesitate going forward or backwards without pushing and letting off of the gas pedal several times. I replaced the controller, the Mcor, forward/reverse switch, the solenoid, made sure batteries were at full charge.
Now it will not move at all. Anyone had this problem and what did it take to fix it? Any suggestions what to try next. Thanks

Does your cart charge? A bad OBC can cause this issue. Check the speed sensor magnet. Youve already pretty much changed everything including the kitchen sink. Does the solenoid click? Usually the hesitation comes from a bad MCOR. It sounds like a wiring issue. You have pretty much all new parts that would cause this issue. Have you checked the RUN/TOW switch?

Yes cart charges. Each battery 8.4 volts, total package 50.7 volts. I forgot to add the speed sensor magnet. I replaced it as well with all the other stuff. LOL.
The solenoid does not click !! It was clicking up until the last thing I replaced, which was the Mcor. With it not clicking now does that help determine what the problem could be. I checked the run/tow switch. It is working. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Oh sorry. Brain fart. Its hot today. Press the pedal 3 times. Maybe sleep mode? Does the reverse buzzer come on in reverse? Is the FNR wired correctly? Should be Brown orange blue from F to R. Try to OHM out the light blue wire at the solenoid to the blue wire on the MCOR to make sure theres no bad spot in the wire. Have you tried to bypass the OBC? A bad OBC will keep the cart from running also. To bypass the OBC, clip the negative wire on the charge receptacle and run it directly to the main negative post.

Just a quick note to see if I really need to check these things mentioned.
The golf cart solenoid was clicking and cart was running after all the things mentioned were replaced with the exception of the Mcor. But I was having to pump the gas pedal several times to get it to go. Then it would run fine until I shut it off. Once I turned it back on I had to repeat pumping the gas pedal to get it to go. At that point I changed the Mcor and after nthat the cart would not run, even by pumping the pedal. And the solenoid would not click anymore either after replacing the Mcor. I know I probably still need to check the fuse by the solenoid.

Sounds like you're using Chinese MCORs. Can you confirm? Please answer the questions that were asked by Scott Quail above, as this will help tremendously in the direction we need to go in diagnosing your issue. Without this information, we're somewhat blindsided.
