Turnin it up

ok i snooped around a bit this morning and i'm wondering if theres a easy way to turn this G2 farter up...... basicly i wanna know how to ajust the govener so i can turn it up for more speed and then turn it back down if somone wants to rent it ..... i'm getting tired of getting passed by kids on bikes

Tighten the 10mm nut on the govener lever located on top of the rear end.
