Battery Pack Drain
I was checking the bolts on top of the shock tubes behind the cupholders last night, made sure they were tight just to check. Well this afternoon I came home and was putting everything back together and noticed that the negative wire off of my SOC meter had been pulled off. So I reinstalled put the cart in run mode, turned the key on the meter showed less than half full. This was strange because last night the pack voltage was 37.9 after a short ride last night so I checked the pack voltage again and it showed 31.4!!!! How could this be. Could that wire coming off the negative of the SOC meter run the pack down like this? Never had this issue before. The batteries are two months old and I haven't had this issue until last night. Any answers would be appreciated.

Re: Battery Pack Drain
If the wire that came off shorted out then it could drain the pack. repair it and check your voltage before and after sitting to see if it wasn't a one time deal?

Re: Battery Pack Drain
Scotty, I reattached the wire put cart on charge and it only took two hours two charge. I went and took it for a spin and the batteries settled at 38.2. It's just weird, I think I am going to change the battery in my DVM because there is no way the pack could have went from 31.4 to 38.2 in two hours.
