how to charge batteries on the shelf?
I posted this in the WTB earlier.
'I have a set of 6 volt batteries on the shelf that I need to keep charged during the winter. I need an EZGO recptacle (1994 version) that I can wire into the batteries to connect a 36 volt charger.' I was given good advice to hard wire the charger-I tried it today with a delta-q-but it didn't work. I connected the white wire to +, and the black wire to -, do I need to do anything with the green wire? Thanks |

Re: how to charge batteries on the shelf?
You can buy a 3 bank 12v charger. Wire 2 batteries in series and hook em up. Most multi bank chargers have a maintain mode that will keep them charged all winter.
