where to grease steering?
I heard a noise in my steering last week while turning the steering wheel on my '04 ezgo series txt. I greased the two fittings on the steering linkage at the front of the cart, but the noise is still there. Is there another fitting somewhere?
Thanks |

Re: where to grease steering?
Depending on what spindles you have, you could have fitting on the spindles, your tie rod end on the rack/pinion will have a grease fitting. If you have no fitting on the spindle than you have the greaseless spindles and you can't grease them w/o thaking them apart.

I had a grease fitting on each one of the spindles and one on the end of a tie rod. The driver side spindle did not take the grease as easily, but it did come out at the bottom of the spindle after a few pumps. Are there any more that you know of besides these three? Thanks |
