I have replaced the bad battery and the cart runs. I think that was the problem. Now, though, I noticed the fuse is blown on the charger. From the bad battery, I don't know? I attempted to soder the blown fuse connection with no luck. At least I think it didn't work. As you stated, though, the amp meter may show 0 amps until the charge picks up. I plan to order a new fuse. Want to recommend a site? Do you think the bad battery blew the charger fuse or do I likely have another problem?

When charging the batteries in pairs with a 12 volt charger can I use two separate chargers and charge two pairs of batteries at the same time?

Yes! I have used 3 at once, when my 36V charger was down.

I would check the diodes on your charger before putting in a new fuse. There is a test for this in the stickys for " Electric Club Car "

Click on " Site Sponsors " at the top of the page. Several will carry the charger fuses. :)
