ScottyB? More F&R problems!
OK, I got my replacement F&R today, thanks. This seems like a beefy piece! The problem with it is this:
Recall my current F&R has 6 control circuit male spade connectors on the outside of it. The new one you sent me has 8! Here are some fuzzy (sorry) pics of my old F&R and the replacement. How do I wire this new one up? |

You can do it I know you can! Put your glasses on.....lol
How many terminals do the old micros have? And which 2 are not used? You MUST get every wire on the same terminal as before...or stuff won't work right. Use my email, if you are having trouble hooking something up. |

Re: ScottyB? More F&R problems!
The old micros have 6 male spade terminals. The new one has 8. The number of micros are the same however. Should I leave the additional 2 spade terminals vacant? Here is a map of the terminals:

Re: ScottyB? More F&R problems!
if you look close at the end of the micro..most are labeled as such
C= common terminal N.O.=normally open ( not connected to the common terminal when no pressure is applied ) N.C.=normally closed ( closed circuit with the common terminal when no pressure is applied ) match the wordings from the old switched to the new if you can see the engraved labeling |

Re: ScottyB? More F&R problems!
look at the position of therminals in my photo relative to your switches all micros of this shape have the same internal configuration. note where the the terminal is missing and eliminate that setting (n.o. or n.c. ) in the micro that has only 2 terminals also if you remove the micros from the mounting you might see the configuration stamped on the opposite side |

Re: ScottyB? More F&R problems!
What we need to know is whether your switches are 2 or 3 terminal switches and which 2 or 3 terminal switch is where?
O hope you have not taken your wires off yet so we can see where your wires belong. |
